We are the Modality Mid Sussex Patient Participation Group (PPG). We are a volunteer-led group that acts as a "critical friend" to the Modality Mid Sussex medical partnership.

We **never** sell your data. We do not share your personal email address with the GP Practice staff or third parties without your specific consent. All data is securely stored within our private **Directus CMS** instance hosted in the UK/EU (via Coolify/VPS).
